I’ll admit, I usually end up blaming the delivery or whoever packed it when things show up dented, but this one arrived perfectly neat. No damage at all, so credit where it’s due

I ordered from Zava and thought I might have to chase it up, but no, it turned up right on time. No delays or hassle, just arrived when it was supposed to. I was happy with it—actually, more relieved than anything.

I’ve used zavamed.com a couple of times now, and overall it’s been mostly fine. The site is easy to get around, but the stock availability was kinda annoying.

One item looked like it was available when I ordered, but then I was told later that it wasn’t actually in stock. I had to wait and keep checking back, which was a little frustrating.

The service itself was okay, and I didn’t have any major issues beyond that. It would just be much better if the stock updates were more accurate
